We guarantee all service repairs will be completed correctly, if our contractors do not complete the work properly; we will cover the costs to have the repairs corrected.

Our service providers capture before and after photos of items being repaired to promote transparency and document completion of tasks.

The guest damage insurance policy provides coverage for any damage, stains, or mishaps caused by a guest that fall within the $25-$3000 range. In the event that the damage exceeds $3000, we recommend utilizing our $3,000 payment to cover your homeowner insurance deductible.

In the rare event of guest damages that require involvement of the home owner's insurance, StockTown Solutions will handle all communication and details related to the replacement of damaged items.

Our digital guest books provide guests with valuable information about the local area, including events, attractions, shopping centers, and dining options. In addition, guests can access important details about the property, such as house rules and check-in/check-out instructions. This helps ensure that guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay.

StockTown Solutions goes the extra mile by creating a physical guest book for each property. We handle writing, printing, and placing the guest book within the property. We consult with property owners to ensure that their local knowledge of the property and area is captured and shared with guests.

We pay service providers (cleaners, handyman, landscape, etc.) directly on behalf of the property owner.  Payments for these services will appear on the owner's monthly statement. This approach ensures prompt payment to service providers, which encourages excellent service and strengthens relationships with our regular service providers.

We proactively monitor and replenish consumable items such as tissue paper, kitchen spices, soaps, and cleaning supplies to ensure consistent guest experiences and minimize owner-related concerns. All such purchases will appear on the monthly performance report.

At StockTown Solutions, we proactively monitor and replace worn items, including linens, towels, rugs, couches, and mattresses. We handle all logistics needed to find the same or similar items, and provide recommendations on replacement items to ensure quality is maintained throughout the life of the property. All such purchases will appear on the monthly performance report.

Routine safety checks include testing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, replacement of batteries, and inspection of fire extinguishers.

At StockTown Solutions, we believe in rewarding our clients for entrusting us with multiple properties. That's why we offer a tiered management fee structure, where the more properties you have us manage; the more you save. For your 1st property, our management fee is 20%. As you add more properties, that fee decreases: for your 2nd property, it becomes 19%; the 3rd it becomes 18%, and for your 4th property or more, the fee drops even further to just 17%. With our system, we are able to provide cost-effective vacation rental property management services that help you maximize your profits and grow your business.
